This section differs from the other elements in that there are no dentils under the cornice, these being replaced by a broad frieze and a fascia. It is the lowest in height, 25' from grade to roof ridge. Identical concrete steps lead to the southwest and northeast exterior doors; near the latter is a concrete areaway stair to the basement boiler room. These units comprise the only exposed concrete in the building complex.

At the interior, the southeast door of the hunting lodge opens to a foyer 5'-6" x l0'-l0"; directly opposite is an identical door with side and fan lights leading to the dressing room area. The foyer is finished in natural yellow pine, with cased openings at either end: the northeast hall serves the stairs, a toilet room and an exterior door; a hall to the southwest serves the other exterior door.

The dressing room area is 22'-6" long northwest-southeast with two groups of cubicles ll'-8" deep flanking a 10'-10" wide center hall. Ceiling height is 12'-4". The rooms range in width from 4'-10" to 5'-8". On the northeast side are a steam room, the walls faced with 3" x 6" glazed tile, the floor in 2' hexagonal tile, and a plaster ceiling adjoining it to the southeast are a toilet room and a dressing room, each with a wainscot 5'-9" high and floor in the same type tile. On the southwest side are four identical dressing rooms 5' 8" wide with tile wainscot and floor.

Except for tile surfaces the walls and ceiling are finished with natural yellow pine 2 1/2" beaded tongue and groove boards 7/8" thick, the same as the finish in the foyer. The room partitions, 7'-9" high, are of the same material as are the 2'-5"x 6'-9" doors. Flooring at the hall is the 2 l/4" wide dark stained material used at the hunting lodge. Only the steam room has a ceiling.

Above the dressing room spaces the second floor stair hall serves a bathroom and a large bedroom 21' x 24' with a 7'-l0" ceiling. The bedroom contains a lavatory, and at the southeast wall is a 2'-0" x 4'-0" access door to the hot water expansion tank where the bedroom adjoins the upper part of the pool chamber. Finish of these spaces is plaster ceiling and walls and a beaded board wainscot, all painted white. The stair hall opens to the small hall leading to the bedrooms in the hunting lodge.
