Use your wagon one or two days to smooth the spindle and box, then have the wheels removed and thoroughly clean the spindle and box, then put the fiber washer on the skein behind the skein shoulder while the wheel is off; after this, put the wheel back on the spindle, adjust skein nut tight, and nail fiber washer to the hub. Now fill front end of hub with alemite cup grease, attach hub plate and cork gasket with screws to front end of hub as show by the sketch below (62k graphic).

When additional grease is needed it can be supplied through the Alemite cup in hub of wheel with grease gun.
